I did not expect Seoul either, but I believe most of the internationals are from China and Japan.

I expected Amsterdam, Rome and Hong Kong in the top 10 instead of Kuala Lumpur, Istanbul and Seoul.

However, i don't trust MasterCard too much. Euromonitor is a better source for tourist numbers IMO.

This list is so misleading and seriously understate the number of visitors to Chinese cities. A chinese tourist to Shanghai is not counted, but the same tourist to Bangkok is counted. If we include all visitors, Shanghai will beat Bangkok by a wide margin
