I like a U.K. English dialect. Deutsch sounds good. Not a fan of languages with deep gutteral sounds and long deep throated "L" sounds. English and Deutsch keep the action in the mouth and free part of the tongue, not past the point of swallowing.

Everything else is somewhere in between.
Might as well add in American English whilst you're at it.

Because Australian accent is diverse, if not as varied as American or British dialects. Kinda ignorant to think all Australians sound like Crocodile Dundee (if you're assuming this).

Really bizarre that even a tame accent like RP English sounds bad to you. Like, seriously?

Worst: Dutch (!), Hindi, chinese, especially the guttural dialect which I believe originates in the north of china.

To my mind Brazilian Portuguese is the most beautiful with French and Italian close.
Worst are Chinese and German.

The worst: Certain West African languages - there's a large Nigerian community where I live and their languages when they talk sound horrible to my eyes. Also Chinese.

The best: Unsure

Even Mandarin has many varieties. In China one has to pass a pronunciation test to become a broadcaster or language teacher (with different standards). Among all the testers, only about 1% get the highest level (qualified to be news broadcasters on state TV channels.)

Here is an example of standard Mandarin.
