The ECHR is enshrined in to British Law and is also upheld by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

As for Universal Healthcare being illegal in the US what about medicare etc.

Whilst the US now has a relatively small military presense in Europe.

Why do you all keep talking about being defensive and 'criticism'?? I will repeat myself again - Junter reminds me of AmaroW a lot and IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE UK, WHAT HE THINKS OF THE UK OR WHAT HES HAS SAID ABOUT THE UK.

Oh dear Jay, I'd give you an argument on the climate, aside from that, you were doing so well until you put down my home town, still, keep chipping in, I'll read your stuff with interest.

Message received... Even if I'm typo-man , thats the most important lol.
British have the reputation to be phlegmatic, which is an interesting cultural specificity.
Last time I saw May during France-England, she was always happy, but never showing any emotions lol.

Use of the 'Participe présent'...are you french ?

Seems like the worst place to be in, maybe just after North Korea but still worse than Syria - daily terrorists attacks, blame everything on eastern europe, bad weather, drive on the left....

Strictly speaking, no, but close enough by blood to always be ready to defend La République against les Rosbifs if they say something that I know not to be true.
Quand j'étais très jeune, je parlais très bien le Français, mait maintenant, je suis plus vieux et j'oublie parfois les mots.
