That statistics seems like a big rubbish for me.
The Gulf Arab nations in general should be close to (or if not) DEAD LAST on this list! Many people I have spoken to who have migrated and worked there dislike the locals for good reason! Even people who have merely visited for a short time express not so favourable opinions!

Even though I can't stand the country's politics and disagree with a lot of its policies, I've met so many empathetic Americans who've been supportive of me and even strangers who have helped me out that I have to disagree with you. If I ever do manage to leave the US, the people will be one of the few things I'll miss about it.
