Oslo is beautifully futuristic as well, I'd say. Lots of Northern European cities can fit the bill too. They've done a remarkable job of preserving their historic bones and building more modern structures that overall come to complement their respective cityscapes. Vienna, for example, is quite the stunner.
Vienna skews much more to old and historic but from an American point of view, in the same manner as a city like Boston: nice, clean, polished, tidy, sturdy, and aesthetically beautiful to the naked eye. A place like Boston or a place like Vienna is evidence that you can even make historic cities and their historic areas look modernesque if you really tried to do so (and I'd say they both do, successfully). Like London and Tokyo, Vienna also has its own style of "where modern meets retro (where new meets old)". A style, that I personally have to say, it carries and embodies beautifully.
So many types of "futuristic" aesthetics. It can range from the retro-style depiction, to Steampunk. You also have advanced ancient, dystopian cyberpunk, even Ipod styles.

Gorgeous cities, no?
I don't think Vienna looks "futuristic" at all. On the contrary, it has the pride of having very preserved buildings from centuries ago. The Donaustadt, however, is a bunch of eyesores with many asymetric buildings - and thanks to God they don't mix with the gorgeous architecture of the rest of the city. Futuristic doesn't mean that the buildings should have weird shapes.
I voted for Seoul. It doesn't only *looks* futuristic, but it *is* futuristic. Seoul, as the capital of a country with a very fast development, could address issues where other countries which began to develop and industrialise in the same time still struggles. It relies very heavily in new technologies but it was also successful in cleaning up their rivers and balancing the environment with both population and nature. Not only the architecture in Seoul is futuristic, but also the mindset of the people and of the administration.

My vision of the future? Aleppo, Syria. There may still be a few Dubais, with third world labor building magical golden towers for the privileged across the widening gap, but hundreds of Aleppos and Kinshasas and Dhakas.
