Turku, Finland vs Tallahassee, Florida
Turku. Turku looks fun, and I generally take the cold pretty well. Both seem a bit small and isolated enough that there isn't a great variety of easy daytrips. I think the combination of that plus my not speaking the language would probably not be fantastic for me, but I will just barely take it over Tallahassee.

Malta vs Maldives

I recognize these aren't cities, but these countries are really small, so yea.

I am very ill-equipped to answer this one, having never been to either island and very little knowledge of either. I lean towards Maldives as it has a far greater intrigue factor for me, but then again Malta's proximity to mainland Europe is very comforting. Oof. I guess I'll take Malta. Safer and I'd probably prefer living there, though much prefer visiting Maldives.

I'll go Melbourne, Australia - despite being almost as far away as possible from the rest of the planet, it's a global metropolis. The geography around Victoria is fantastic as well - some world class beaches, and small coastal towns very close by. Plus, I enjoy being around Australians more than Florida men

Victoria, BC Canada, or Saint John's, Newfoundland, Canada

I have not been to either city. But I feel confident in picking Barcelona. Based on reputation and research I'd probably like both cities, but Barcelona is on another level for fun, vibrancy and overall enjoyment. Not to mention the weather would be far more agreeable to my wife.

Valencia, Spain vs Munich, Germany

Valencia for sure. Spain just seems more laid back and chill as oppose to Germany/Central Europe, and I like a city by the ocean much more than a landlocked city. I also prefer the history and the warmer weather more as well.

This is quite a tough one. My trip to Tallinn was one of my favourite ever. Also just 20 minutes away you got beautiful Piriti beach, for those that don't think it Tallinn is also a great beach getaway option.

However, I will have to go with Quito, like Tallinn, a beautiful historical city & both UNESCO world heritage. The fact I'm on the Andes with snow peak vistas and a more year round agreeable climate just swings it for me.

Durban vs Phnom Penh

Easily Durban. Phnom Penh is fine as a holiday destination, but there are a lot of other destinations I’d pick if I were in SE Asia.

Athens, Greece vs Alexandria, Egypt

Athens mainly because of more stability in government and less of a fanatical religious element compared to Egypt. Alexandria would make for a great holiday though.

Moscow or Istanbul?

That I tough one but I would say Istanbul but neither, due to their current political climates, really appeal to me right now.

Chicago or Toronto?
