Montreal. New Orleans has it's unique southern & french culture, but I think Montreal is a better city overall.

Tough call. Probably Sydney, just for the ease of a more familiar language. Never been to either city, but I like both couintries.

Begrudgingly I'll go with San Salvador because it's crime is still less than SPS and slightly higher income per person.

Vientiane, Laos or Phnom Penh, Cambodia?
