Budapest because it is not so touristy compared to Prague.
Longyearbyen Svalbard Norway and it is the most north city in the world or Ushuaia Argentina which is the most southern city in the world.

Clever question!

Both have dramatic natural settings, but judging by Streetview pictures,
there's much more greenery in and around Ushuaia, whereas Svalbard
doesn't seem to have trees at all.

Also, Ushuaia looks like a real city, while Svalbard looks like a small village. So I'd choose Ushuaia.

Vancouver, Canada, or Melbourne, Australia?

Vancouver, because it is far more beautiful. Moscow or Saint Petersburg Russia.

Saint Petersburg because it's on the coast and a bit more cosmopolitan.

Bucharest, Romania or Riga, Latvia

Bucharest. It has a preferable climate, and I think I'd prefer Romanian culture over Latvian.

Malaga, Spain or Maceio, Brazil?

Malaga, it’s actually one of my favorite cities!

Bellagio, Italy or Squamish, Canada

I'd go with Bellagio, just because I LOVE it's location near Lago di Como(Como Lake).

The last poster forgot to post 2 new places, but I'll take up the torch and post some new ones. Both these 2 are walled cities in South America, influenced by the Spanish empire as they both were walled cities. Anyway: Valdivia, Chile, or Cartagena, Colombia?
