In my opinion:

- Russia
- South Africa
- Australia
- Brazil
- New Zealand

Reasons:

- Music
- Praise of the country features and spirit, message of hope and peace, no mentioning of violence, blood and conflicts.

You next.....

Russia and France, the only real contenders. Philipplines is very nice. Rarely heard by the world, until the beautiful Regine Velasqauez version before the Manny Paquiao fight. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IvG7RumlMcY

We have a thread around here somewhere asking this question. Anyway, my answers may have changed since then so for me:

South Africa is my absolute favorite! Sang in three languages. Nice if they could live up to the spirit of their anthem.
Russia. I have always liked it as a musical piece.

USA's anthem, the Star Spangled Banner, is difficult to sing, because of its high and low range of notes.

Although it's not Australia's national anthem, "I Am Australian" has a great message of diversity, struggle, and hope.

An absolutely beautiful song for the best country in the world! I am not Australian myself but even it made me feel patriotic to be one

The Anthem of Norway

The best of them all, after the Marseillaise lol

Special mention for the spanish one:

Don't dare tell me you don't want to go fish hareng in Norway or want to eat Paella in Spain
I hate the Italian one and the one of USA... Don't ask me why
My ranking top 5 except my anthem:

Norway
Spain
UK
Germany
Russia

The very lovely Newfoundland national anthem is still performed with greater regularity and gusto, 70 years after being officially replaced by the Canadian anthem
