Florida and Japan are said to look very similar, with their climates, Infrastructure (Brightline train, toll roads), multiple major cities, technology, etc. So which would you prefer to live? One downside of Florida is the lack of mountains, but has nice beaches. The culture of course is very different. One thing I noticed about Florida is that people are very patriotic and don't care about traveling to other countries (going to EPCOT) is the closest thing to experiencing other cultures. I guess is because they assume that everywhere in America is as "awesome" as Florida.

Even if someone gives me free condo in Monaco or Dubai I'd still pick Japan, let alone vs America...

Tokyo's climate is more like North Carolina than Florida. Only far southern Japan is similar to Florida. I'd pick Japan if I knew the language

Japan is much more diverse than Florida is geographically and has a much lower crime rate. So Japan it is for me. I would choose Okinawa to live in Japan. It has the most Florida like climate

These two places could not be any more different if they tried. Are you aware they do not speak English in Japan? Of course outsiders are welcome to visit but Japanese immigration policy is extremely restrictive.

Japan is a wonderful place, but I'd pick Florida if only for the weather.

Japan is mountainous while Florida is one of the flattest places on the planet, these two places are very different geographically.

This is one of the dumbest things I've ever read.
