My guess is definitely Middle East or East Asia in terms of mentality, culture, and social norms. China and Afghanistan are strong contenders. Whats your take?
The US differs from a world uniformity in more was than it is similar. You can stand on a street and be picked up in a Toyota minivan driven by a man in sandals in nearly every country, except the USA. In most cases, the world is uniform and the US is the odd man out.

People in the US don't drive minivans much anymore but summon an Uber in parts of Southern California and there's a chance you could get something damn near close LOL
Something like Bulgaria, Turkey, Ukraine: monocultural, football playing, non-pickup truck driving, non-english speaking, never been part of the british empire, non-catholic etc.
Korea and Japan too though I guess theyr'e very americanized by the media.
Bhutan. Very rural areas of SE Asia. Some of the remote islands of Indonesia.
Somewhere remote, inaccesable, and not affected by international trade.
US culture can be found anywhere that has trade, internet, and mostly open societies. One can go to places like Mexico, Japan, China, and basically any major city in the world and live a life very similar to that in the US. Even in places like China there will be culture shock if one lives in Shanghai and moves to some small village in Yunnan. Most countries have pretty big cultural divides.
