If the US would collapse the western world and culture could disappear, not immediately but eventually. There needs to be a strong western power which is willing to protect western values. Look at what is happening in Europe now, and what has happened in the past as well. Without the US we all would be speaking German by now(although Russia should be credited for doing most of the work). Canada and Australia have good intentions but they are not strong enough, economically and military, to preserve the western culture and values. I'm glad to have the US around, world without it would be chaos.
What would happen is that the world would descend into chaos. An actual 3rd world war starting in Europe would not be as far fetched as people here think.

A question that would need to be asked before this one is, What would world-wide conditions look like before the USA could collapse?
To speculate what would happen if the USA collapsed using today's world-wide environment is meaningless. World Super Powers don't collapse in a vacuum.

It will obviously happen slowly just as French lost importance in the 19th century in favour of English.
Languages actually reflect these development in a good way, the slow emergence of Spanish and Chinese replacing English as world language in the 21st language will be good example.
More likely it's a slow decline and ceding power to China. It started out as trade war (MAGA, under Russian influence), then stock market crashed, then surrender to China. USA's becoming a loose union, full of internal fights. Now we are seeing sign of pivotal future technologies (such as 5G com net) falling behind China, with desperate attempt of resorting hostage taking of foreign tech company executive.
