What language has a "sing-song" sound to it?

I'd say Italian and Russian.

Sounds great, love hearing it.

Yes, Swedish.
Russian is not melodic, but the question and responses depend a lot on where you come from.

It also depends on who's speaking. I know lots of Italians who sound like the horse's ass, and an eloquently spoken German can sound melodic ... just for example.

Not Russian. Swedish and Norwegian. Also: Irish and Scottish English. (Due to Scandinavian influence historically, I assume.)

Italian is too stacatto to be melodic in my opinion. Not to say it is unpleasant by any means (in fact it can be very sexy), but I think of it as more of a rhythm instrument than a melodic one. Castillian even moreso.

I think languages with initial syllabic stress and wide tonal range sound more melodic, so Norwegian and Swedish for me.

I see what you mean, Swedish for sure, certain Irish accents,
or even the Beatles Liverpool accent.

Nooo not Swedish. Had to listen to it on the train the other day and it really grated on my ears. Languages that use more vowels sound more melodic, like Finnish. French sounds quite melodic, and Italian.
