Similarly Australia is DESERT and it also cannot sustain 300 million people.
You are wrong, Canada is very similar to USA, it's like USA but with free healthcare and without ghettos.

I am not sure if this qualifies as a ghetto. I guess it depends on your definition but let's just say it's not an easy life for most of the residents of this Canadian neighborhood.

You can lump Canada with the ÛS only better ..... but Canadians do not like being lumped with the US in general. Whether You claim it's a better version or not.
But carry on in boasting for Australia and Canada second. Yet you speak against Northern US cities because of winters ..... You seem fond of Florida though ......

It's very different in climate alone. Of course, the US does not have a large French speaking region like Quebec.

Mod cut.

[OP] just sounds young and provincial.

Some pointers from my side.

1. Superpower does not mean wealthy. Many people in the US and other superpowers like China live in terrible poverty. Many parts of the US are pretty much poor as poor can get.

2. Australia is too small and lacks water resources to truly achieve superpower status. Climate change is going to cause havoc in Australia when it comes to its water resources.

3. Canada is too isolated and small to also achieve super power status. Climate change will not affect Canada as much but still Canada is not big enough population wise to truly take over the world.

4. China and its allies (Russia and Iran) are going to divide the world. The era of America supreme control over the planet because its rival collapsed (the USSR) is over… that means America is gonna have to face a polarized planet, not sure America has the resources, energy and desire to waste millions trying to make the world America like it happened back in the cold war. I predict China is gonna run the show with the US having to take the back seat.

5. Anglosphere miracle claims Mexico is going to turn the US into Mexico. THAT IS STUPID!!! Mexico is not gonna make the US "Mexico". Since 2006 Mexicans are literally leaving the US. There are less Mxicans in the US now than back in 2005. The US no longer offers that appeal and Mexico has developed greatly. Trump might talk about it all day, but every single official statistic in both Mexico and the US shows Mexicans are literally vanishing from the US.

6. Europe is turning into an old museum and dragging Britain with it. Reality is Britain is NOT going to be a key player any longer. Its too small and its economy keeps losing places in the top ten. Same applies to France.

7. Africa is becoming a satellite of China. France which controlled Africa for pretty vmuch of the 20th century is literally being erased from Africa. Ironically the countries of Africa with the strongest French influence are the poorest ones still controlled by dictators (sierra leone is a great exmaple). The ones controled by China are developing (Ethiopia, Rwanda) becoming economic miracles. More incentive for the rest of Africa to ditch France.

8. East Asia will be absorbed by China.

9. Latin America is going to close ties with China and give its back to the US. (For the 20th century America called latin America its backyard), looks like the backyard is the one thats gonna build a HUGE WALL.

10. Australia and very likely Canada will lose ties with Britain. (yeah yeah 19th century colonial ties blah blah blah) the present is what matters. Australias future is East Asia and Canada probably with the US.

This thread has been hijacked several times with off-topic discussions. The topic is not about WWII, nor about the definition of ghetto, nor poverty in Germany, nor China, etc. About 20 off-topic posts and personal attacks have been deleted from the thread, but a handful remain. The thread seems destined to continue its downward spiral and, consequently, it's now closed.

Thank you, those who stayed on topic with relevant posts.
