Lol above. But on a serious note Southern Brazilians and Argentines have some of the most attractive blonde people I've ever seen.

I havn't been to California but I imagine there also. Something about the sun-kissed blondes that give another level of attractiveness.

In 2020 it's not easy to find a country where the vast majority of people are white, if there's such place (Czechia, Estonia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine...) the so called "Sexpats" from not-so-white countries would've have already made it darker. And if a country is just white and rich (Switzerland, Germany...) then it suddenly isn't white due to economic immigration.


Still my bet is on some rarely visited corners of eastern europe, take your pick: Croatia, Bulgaria, Makedonia, Greece...
