The only ones going into a frenzy are you lot because I stated that the "Latino" demographic in LA is excessively inclined to one or two nationalities out of 20+ Latin American nations and territories. Of course because you and others have a connection to the represented nationalities it doesn't affect you. I'm not going to identify British & Irish cuisine as European cuisine as its not reflective of the entire European cuisine.
No victim here, just stating facts and of course shedding light on the fact that people like you don't give one thought about under-representation of Latin Americans of West African descent. I mean I realize that it's next to impossible to make an exhaustive list like this , but I'm really kind of surprised what with these cities being renowned for their modeling and porn industries , which draw attractive women from all around the world to them ...
As for the question I'm not sure I can answer it , since I'm not that well traveled ( not to even mention the inherent subjectivity of this question ) but personally I'd mark Constanta as the place where I saw the largest amount of women I found attractive in a few short days .

Just because you and irene go to great lengths to categorize latinos into racial groups doesnt mean everyone else has to. South Americans are obsessed with color. There are also plenty of Afro Latinos of Central American descent in LA. They might not be real Latinos to you i know, but they are there. There are also many beautiful African American women.

Yes they're all Latinos, Afro-Latinos just don't exist hardly in LA despite being one of the founding cultures of the Latin American identity. You keep harping back to the same tired record, which is far from what I meant but you do you.
