Most American blondes owe their hair color to chemicals.

Any one who has lived in northern Europe and then visits the US can tell that american blondes with certain exceptions, are anything but naturally blonde.
Plus, blondes are so boring.

The hottest women I saw in Stockholm were always ethnic or Swedish mixed with something exotic.
