Me and my Transgender fiance have dreams of traveling the world one day. Obviously not now but sometime in the future. There are some Muslim majority countries that we would be interested in visiting. She's just understandably concerned about the relationship with LGBTQ people. I'm wondering of this countries which would be safe to visit. I'm extra vigilant of this now.

The short answer is none. The closest would probably be Turkey, though even that’s a stretch or Bali in Indonesia, but that’s Hindu. Lebanon is also fairly liberal by Arab standards as is Morocco, but not in this manner.

Many of these countries are actually fairly safe as far as crime goes and are certainly worth visiting for their culture. Your best bet is to simply avoid public displays of affection. That’s already the case for straight couples but becomes an even bigger issue if you’re part of the LGBTQ community.

None, it is punishable by death in some and by imprisonment in others. I know Saudi Arabia isn't on your list, but a nurse friend of mine who worked over there, said she knew a woman who was stoned to death for it.

You would have to hide your identity in all of those countries. This is not my understanding of a nice vacation. I am not transgender but if a country does not accept me for who I am I don't go there or support them with my tourist dollars. Lots of other superb destinations worldwide.

Have her don a burka while there and you'll be fine.

Seriously, though, I wouldn't feel safe in any of those places, especially if your fiance hasn't had her gender changed on travel documents.

Interestingly, Iran actually pays for sex changes, but it's not on your list and I wouldn't exactly want to travel there for other reasons.

Gay is only one of the travel dangers
Americans just can’t get used to the idea that we are not in Kansas anymore Dorothy
They do stuff that can get them killed frequently
Americans have spent the last 50 years learning to be fearless
Fearless and defenseless is a bad combination

I really like to wear red color.
And I want to go and see the bull running for myself.

So what kind of bulls can I approach, while wearing my favorite red dress, I wonder?

Maybe that bull that is moments away from being dragged away from the arena?
