I dont know the capitol but I think its west of Spain on the ocean

It's on the Iberian peninsula, surrounded by Spain to the North and East, and the Altantic Ocean to the west. To the south is the strait of Gibraltar. Right? (And yes, Lisbon is the capital)

Wow this is simple, its on the Iberian Peninsula of Europe and is bordered to the north and east by spain, the Atlantic Ocean is to the west. Lisbon is its capital and It colonized Brazil.
