Is that why the world is willing to turn a blind eye whenever they do evil?

Other countries, especially those in the past, would immediately be suppressed by the international community should they go to war, invade other countries, commit genocide, commit war crimes etc. but the US seems immune to this?

Is it because they are an important nation?

It's not but you have a point here on how some countries are "allowed" to have nukes and others aren't, for example Iran and North Korea can't but US and France can, according to who?

Not just allowed to have nukes but to commit evil and get away with it without any consequence from the international community.
