One third of the Gaza population were not even born or very young when Hamas was elected. Both sides you will find increasing numbers against their elected representatives.

The very young are indocrinated/brainwashed from a young age to see Israelis & Jews as an enemy that needs to be exterminated. Copies of Mein Kampf in Arabic have been found among the possessions of Hamas terrorist as well as in a children's playroom at a home in Gaza.

Therein lies the problem. You can't compare this to a democracy like Israel by any means. Hamas was elected in 2006 and there is no political party competition, obviously no free elections, no free press, no freedom of expression, basically lacking in any civil rights at all.

Israel has a representative government with both liberal and conservative members, and of course a free press, freedom of expression, and elected representation. Right now, Israeli's are angry at Netanyahu, rightfully so, for the lack of security or intelligence coverage that resulted in the October 7th massacre. Don't confuse that as some sort of compassion for Hamas or desire for a cease fire. If anything, it is the opposite.

I did find one poll of Gaza residents, taken a few months before October 7th.

It's a bit contradictory, but if you dig through it you can find this data: "...there is widespread popular appeal for competing armed Palestinian factions, including those involved in the attack. Overall, 57% of Gazans express at least a somewhat positive opinion of Hamas."

To me, it's quite simple.

Israel is a murderous state.
Those who support Israel are, thus, murderers.

There is a growing sentiment all around the United States, even in small cities and towns, to support the cause of the Palestinians. Finally!

I congratulate the Palestinian freedom fighters, and wish them well!

What about the all murders committing by Palestinian Arabs on Jews since 1920 (before the establishment of the modern State of Israel)?

The U.S. and Israel are unsure of how many hostages that Hamas terrorists took on Oct. 7 are "still alive," national security adviser Jake Sullivan said Sullivan made the comments during an appearance on ABC's "This Week." He said the U.S. remains focused on securing the release of the nine U.S. citizens and one U.S. green card-holder believed to be in Hamas custody. He said that while Israel is classifying all 239 missing individuals as hostages of Hamas, there is no way to be sure how many of them are "still alive..

I expect witnessing what is going down, will prove enough to radicalise another generation of Palestinians at the very least.

I suspect may well be part of the reading matter of a number of Far Right Germans and Americans, as well, among others.

All nations have radicals . It may be fair to state Gaza has more than its share. One should take into account that many have been living close to conditions of a prison since the blockage imposed by Israel. Thus breeding grounds of dissent evolve from such situations.

Are not some young Israeli's equally express radical views against Palestinians or Arabs in general? Hatred on all sides further prolongs any chance of some sort of solution.

Arabic copy of Adolf Hitler’s ‘Mein Kampf’ found inside child’s room in Gaza

A copy of Hitler’s notorious book Mein Kampf was found among the personal belongs of one of the terrorists, in a children's play room used as a Hamas terror base in the Gaza Strip.

Hamas embraces the ideology of Hitler. The Arabic language copy of the book is annotated with highlights and written comments. Herzog said: “This is Adolf Hitler’s book ‘Mein Kampf’ translated into Arabic. This is the book that led to the Holocaust and the book that led to World War II. The terrorist wrote notes, marked the sections, and studied again and again Adolf Hitler’s ideology to hate the Jews, to kill the Jews, to burn and slaughter Jews wherever they are. This is the real war we are facing.”
