You're right ...a really ugly building ...the mural is stunning....
it is reproduction of a Robert Bateman painting ....

Robert Bateman, 92 is an amazing canadian wildlife artist...one of the best...

Especially nice that it seems to be well-maintained.

Oftentimes murals are forgotten once they are put in place, and deteriorate over time.

I actually like that Toronto mural better than the Cohen one.

Though Montreal has tons of other murals, at least by Canadian and North American standards.

It is very colourful and captures the eye no doubt. Cohen is an icon though so I think i'll go with the Montreal one
