I have never heard of a non-Muslim being kidnaped in any Arab country, except those who are openly breaking the law -- which prohibits evangelism and radical journalism. If you cannot visit another country without showing respect for their culture or customs and civil laws, you'd better just stay home. You are not protected by the US Constitution when outside US jurisdiction.

Malaysia has a program called MAlaysia my second home,check it out.
At one time,Panama is very popular.
Also medium size town in Mexico,public transportation and close to US.
Some go to Ireland,Thailand,Portugal
