That's like the hardest question I must've encountered since months 0_0 as no country outside Eastern Europe can be compared to Bulgaria. Maybe Turkey...but then again Turkey has European part. I'll try though:

Africa: Kenya...Kongo;
Asia: North Korea lol;
Western Europe: Greece.
Yeah try going to Greece and tell them they're "Eastern Europeans"...good luck. They were part of the so called West in the cold war and envision themselves as capitalists etc. + you could be both southern and western - like Italy.
