I would say Brookings, Oregon, where the ocean breezes keep it at an average of 68F/20C in July, perfect!

I was thinking more about things to do, events, festivities and overall energy. Less about weather - you're right it can get humid, currently we have higher humidity than Leticia in the Amazon!

Still the London vibe in summer is unbeatable.

You will not find better place than London in July and August summer vacation time. London is a beautiful city to enjoy the vacation. London is famous for it's events and happening. You can get exclusive discounts on 4 star hotel in London such as Park City Grand Plaza Hotel for your luxury stay in budget. I stayed in this hotel and found it relatively cheaper than many hotels in central London.

I would say the Spring or like.. September... in London, would be ideal. I can imagine going to Oxford and exploring the countryside. White cliffs of Dover. Can we trade in September? I can give you New Jersey for the United Kingdom!

Ya you can.

I love London, but for July and the type of things I like to do in July, London doesn't have it.
