A few weeks ago. I lived in DC itself for a few months in 2010, and then lived literally across the street from the DC-MD line when I lived in Silver Spring for part of 2021-2022.

The museums, libraries and historic sites are well worth a visit.

In terms of Americans, they live in a vast country, so it's understandable that many people don't visit the capital regularly, and the same is true of other large countries.

It's also worth noting that some countries have capitals that are not as exiting as some of their other major cities.

I terms of Europeans they visit each others capitals more times than many Americans even visit their own capitals, and again this relates to geographic proximity.

I was there (Washington, D.C.) in 1971. Once was enough.

I am native to the DC area and currently own a rental property in the city. I last visited my tenant 3 months ago.

I usually take my family to see the holiday decorations around Christmas time, so I probably will do that again this year.

I consider myself to be something of an expert on DC and NYC, so you can ask me anything you want about those cities and I’ll try to give an answer.

I'd like to go back to DC for the cherry blossoms. I went in late April so I missed it by a few weeks.
