I am a student who is looking into a charitable cause of improving a design in a rural village school. There is hope to integrate solar panelling or wind mills will provide all electricity for the school. Rain water will be collected and used for day to day use.
In these perspective, I had been looking to find out the cost of materials to install a rainwater collector.
What would be required:
-A gutter
-Piping to re-route the water
-214 gallon container to contain and store water
-general garden hose
Unfortunately, it is difficult to look for a website or company that may supply such items, being that a majority of the population do not rely in electricity (18% from researching on the internet use electricity).
Please help me in understanding the general cost per meter and supplies in Zambia.
