I'd like to visit ALL of the cities listed in the poll, but I reasonably know that I probably won't get to. My two votes for "top" are New York and Tokyo. Think of the incredible culture, varied architecture, history revolving around its harbors, and economic powers that these two locales are.

Its really hard to pick because some cities like Moscow. Are suppose to be a world class city but yet most of it's people lives in commie blocks incapable of affording anything much better.
My top city is Dubai.
It has a desert, has indoor ski that has snow all year round, has cheap gas, fast cars, very multicultural, great food, and is a beautiful place.
The only negatives I see are peak hour traffic and its too hot in summer.
YY: (or ZZ after Dubai) I'd chuck in Auckland, NZ, visited it for the first time last year and its was amazing, totally different from what I thought i'd be, a downside though is the traffic, plenty of congestion.
