I'm addicted to old homes, so I tend to browse real estate sites for fun, which led to this post .

I've come across some very historic (though in need of lots of work) homes and buildings for sale in Europe.

Have any of you bought an antique home in a country other than your home country? I know that I will not be doing so in the near future, as I'm still working on my degree and such, but maybe some day, you never know!

The age is one of the perks of a place outside the USA, as one isn't going to be finding any places with medieval wine cellars around here .
