I'd go Italy.

Although I kind of admire them. They kinda throw the left side of the road, right side of the road thing out the window. Whatever side suits at a given moment. I think technically they drive on the right but you would necessarily tell. I guess they like to express themselves. And hey good on them.

LOL! Yeah, they do view the whole left-side/right-side thing as an optional thing. I noticed that in Rome especially. It was just a big pack of cars, taking up whatever free space was available. Two lanes became three, and if some of the other side of the road was free, four lanes! But it all seemed to work!

But they follow the whole 'Slower traffic keep right' thing on their highways, like it was a capital offense to disobey. That worked especially beautifully. Drivers just moved aside for the guy coming up behind them at a faster speed. Like a dance. I wish they'd do that here
