Hi fellows, anybody can say for sure how about settling a new holding Company in Bahamas to pay near 0% taxes on revenues? Thanks for the input !

The idea that U.S. Citizens are overtaxed is delusional.
The United States is one of the highest on that list for "Individual Max" rate, federal + state + local rate of 55.9%. That is even higher than many parts of Western Europe on the list.

USA, you can live in a warm place with low taxes and low crime and good transportation.

If you do choose to become an expat then you will have a very difficult time filing your taxes:
