What is the safest, warmest, island with the lowest taxes??? (unemployment, professionals)

I want to move out of the US and want to find a safe, warm island. Can someone tell me what island has the lowest taxes and is easiest to move to?

I'd say the Maldives. But, like most other such pieces of heaven, it's very difficult to emigrate there. And all the nice properties have already been bought out by millionaires... One thing you should consider though that most of these islands actually have huge unemployment and most locals only rely on tourism for substenance!

I know, I have to really pay attention to what is available since we are both medical professionals so that makes it harder.

I'm sure I will find someting, it's a matter of finding one that is a good fit for our needs as well as us being able to help a communtiy.
