In your case, the first country that came to my mind as well is Australia. If you can learn Spanish, a South American country. The suggestion of Oman is interesting.
While I appreciate Syracusa's advice - and in the long run it will come back to you - you are young and understandably seeking adventure, but you may build that very network along the way.
i was very close to moving to australia too.. but be careful not everything is as it seems...
I was not a huge fan of driving on the "wrong side" of the road, the high cost of living in Sydney... the fact that the whole island is pretty much on a desert and if you wanna get out of the country, you gotta fly.. Not to mention all kinds of insects and deadly creepy crawlies native to the continent....
You should stay in Canada for the time being ... You need to get some experience or some certification racked up before you decide to move or you may regret it ...
