There is no 'smartest' nationality. If we wish to define 'smart' by 'highest IQ' (which in itself is debatable), you have a somewhat random sprinkling of high IQ over the entire planet. Now if you are talking about which nationalities have a better chance at being educated, that's different.

BUT,

Individuals are 'smart'; nationalities are not.
