Need suggestions (living, friendly, engineer)

I am working in US now as a software engineer for a bank. I plan to live elsewhere after 5 years. I am not sure which country will be ideal for me bt I want to go to a country where Langugae is not a big problem (I know only English). People are friendly and culturally accepting other people. Economy and jobs are good. Please suggest me what would be the ideal choice 4 me?
