London's skyline is still embryonic, but what there is of it looks pretty special in a retro-futurist way. The City cluster in the rendering above is a bit outdated, given that it's now welcomed two new members, with plenty more approved or in planning.

Ultimately though, I think London is one of those cities that would do fine as a world class cultural hub, with or without a skyline.
