I can't tell Warsaw's "Wedding Cake" apart from the 4 others in Moskva.
I don't recognize that street in #10 either; but I know which city because I ceated.
Guess I'm not one of those talented people who excel in architecture.

This really looks like a Scottish city. Having visited Edinburgh I would guess that but considering the white banners say Glasgow I'm going to go with that

Hint: This one is at the Old Market Square of a Polish town.
A fountain is visible on the right side of the picture.
