Right now it is 7:08PM PST in Portland, OR and these are pictures from the window of my apartment taken with a mobile phone camera. I would love to see pictures from your windows as well.

BTW, best view I ever had was when I lived on 10 acres in Gaston, OR (a town of 400 people).

Way off in the back in the last photo you can barely see Mt Saint Helens.

It's actually quite interesting. I've always wanted to do something like this. I had a better view up in San Francisco. I have a sunset picture somewhere, I'll try and find it.

Mmmm, I love San Francisco, and I would love to see your view!! Go get that picture

Just got back from the Jazz show tonight. Missed Blue Cranes, so that was hugely disappointing, but the show was still absolutely awesome. Anyway, just tried to take another picture, but sadly it didn't turn out because the mobile does not have a flash

No high rises can be seen from our window, but we have a few high-rising trees with squirrels running up and down them.

This was the view from my living room window last December 9. We had a blizzard of heavy, wet snow, and I found it fascinating the way the snow built up on the siding of the house.
