This could go on forever. How about "hater"? That's another one that's annoying to me. As in, "Don't be a hater". Ugh. I don't understand all the fascination for "ghetto slang"? I don't get it. Guess I'm what they call a "hater".

Or, "don't hate on me." Why use the word "on" in that sentence?

"Dude". Especially if the speaker uses it in every sentence. If you are looking at me and talking, I presume you are speaking to me. My name is not "dude", so if you feel the need to reassure yourself that I truly am listening to what you are saying, you can either call me by my proper name, or simply trust that by my making eye contact with you and nodding my head in acknowledgment as you speak, I really am hearing what you are saying.
