When I was younger I used to say "For Real?" instead of "Really?" now I find it SO ANNOYING

Also, I have heard a lot of people use the phrase "You don't know me" a lot (in my daytime television watching) when someone gives them attitude. They even say it when the people actually know them?! This has got to stop before it spreads into my world.

How about when newscasters say 'as well' when 'also' would do -- and I have heard them put both together.

My two top picks are "McMansion" (used for any house bigger than the one you live in) and "SUV" (used as a catch-all for anything from a small Subaru station wagon to a Suburban).

Yeah...

I call an enormous new house sitting out in the middle of what used to be a dairy farm a "Starter Castle"

And Chevrolet Suburbans? I call all those things "trucks".

Default Yet ANOTHER one

How about "issues"? That one is annoying and overused, too. Everyone has "issues" these days.
