I think it is kind of stupid to call all little children "guys", especially when they are little girls.
Also, down here where I live, if you ask someone in a store if they carry a particular item and they do not, they will answer, "We sure don't!".
That's obviously not likely to be seen on forums, but it's truly annoying in real life.
