It's been bugging me and I can't find the answer. What used to be in the large building across the street from City Market that's abandoned now?

It was closed 13 years ago when I moved there.. I heard that it was a Safeway, after that, a Gambles furniture/hardware.... Rumors have it that they are demolishing it.. Any news on what might be replacing it????

As well as HR block, a pizzaria, pool hall, subway.
It is fenced off to be demolished. Not sure why or what if anything will take its place.
