Read on the internet Hanna Wyoming introduced compulsory micro chipping of police officers and welfare recipients. Please verify.

The item was published on the satirical website NationalReport.net, their disclaimer page reads: "National Report is a news and political satire web publication, which may or may not use real names, often in semi-real or mostly fictitious ways. All news articles contained within National Report are fiction, and presumably fake news."

With weird news being almost main stream these days strange stories such as this maybe viewed as a legit news item by some. It just goes to show ya can't believe everything ya read.

That's funny. Does Hanna even have a police officer? Or do they use random county deputies, like so many of our smaller towns?

Do the Deputy's even know where Hanna is?

I used to live in beautiful downtown Elmo.

I went to high school in Hanna---lived outside of the even smaller burg of Elk Mountain. I seem to remember that there was a cop there--but that was many moons ago. In Elk Mountain we had one Highway Patrolman, and my step-father was the Deputy Sheriff.

When I lived in Elmo, Hanna had one cop and he was only part time. That was back in the hay day. I was on the crew that built Rosebud Coal. It was the height of the boom. Hanna had every available trailer space rented and so did Elmo. 1974.
