hhhmmm, all this talk about jobs being everywhere in wyoming are making me think twice here!! So, what is the terrain like? Is it similar to CO in topographhy where it is different in different areas? Are there any cities there that have an active lifestyle........Like for example, historic streets, coffeeshops, bookstores........maybe riverfront? What about being bike/walk friendly? Do u have greenways and such? How about public spaces and parks??
I have to tell you, I am NOT a desert person, I am used to "greenery"

Any place in Wy I should check into?

Default Wyoming

Most of WY is not green. Western WY has trees, mountains and lots of snow, Eastern WY is dry, "hilly, not so much snow, wind. Central WY has mountains, plains, and just about everything else. Buffalo has a great downtown/historical area. Not much for biking paths, riverfront, etc. as far as a state goes. Most of WY has an "active" lifestyle - outdoors. No greenways - lots of parks though. There are several colleges in WY so in those towns these add to the entertainment activities. The University of WY is in Laramie. This is all pretty general info but if you aren't into dry/windy a lot of the state won't fit you but it's absolutely beautiful up in the northern part of the state (Cody, Buffalo, Sheridan) and the western part might work also.
