Well, first off you might contact the college and see if they have a suggestion. If you would be flying into Scottsbluff, Ne, you would probably have to do a long taxi ride or rent a car if your of age (some will let you rent at 21 but there are extra fees). If you are flying into Casper or Cheyenne it is probably the same deal, but I cannot be 100% about that as I am not as familar with those cities transportation options.

Contact the college, I feel certain they will have a way to help you. Last year someone in a situation similiar to the one you are in was in need of a ride and notices were posted/word was spread. I got a phone call from a student that knew I traveled to the town in question regularly to visit my Grand kids/daughter. I gladly planned a visit and gave the student a ride. This was in Arkansas, but people are helpful in Wyoming. You may offer to pay for their gas since it may be another student that sees your request.

Last summer when I was in Rawlins I talked to some neighbors about transportation between towns if I decided to fly into Wyoming - they were wishing there was a transportation system between Rawlins and Casper at least - there was nothing they knew about.

Call the college - it won't hurt to ask.

I've found that the quickest trip is to fly into Denver and take ground transportation to Torrington. There is a shuttle bus service that runs from Torrington to/from Denver International Airport, but unfortunately I've forgotten the company's name. All I know is that they load up at the local Maverik store on Rt 26.

There should be someone at EWC with more info

I think there are regional bus lines to get you there from Wyo cities (Chey-town & Casper at least). Powder River runs around Wyoming. Not sure if they go to Scottsbluff. Not a lot of public transportation in most areas of Wyo. Is a decent school - good choice!
