The Wyoming Highway Patrol is warning drivers that if they attempt to haul a vehicle by putting it inside of a larger U-Haul truck like some kind of automotive nesting doll, they could end up with a ticket — or even charged with a crime.https://cowboystatedaily.com/2022/05...fH1OKkXG15Y2sw

I just cannot even imagine the lack of common sense here for someone to put a VEHICLE inside a uhaul/box truck.

That was std operating procedure when relocating U-Haul trucks for the U-Haul company. (With a larger truck)

4 of us would drive the trucks and have a car in one of the trucks for the return trip.

Great weekend college money. Circa 1970's

Depending on the state, the law may allow it. I thought in this case the law stated that it must be chained down, not that it couldn't be in a truck. I could probably fit a Smart car in the back of my F150, I wonder if that would be legal?
