Star Valley Ranch had about "900 new homes" in 2006.

"The county estimates another 1,000 homes or more will be built in the community over the next few years as the town develops water infrastructure."

The information I'm seeing says that Star Valley Ranch currently has 1165 homes.

Change, but not as much as expected back then.

Population of 1524 in 2010 reportedly only increased to 1700 by 2020.

Too much growth for some. Maybe not enough for others?

Star Valley Ranch on average added 1.4 persons per month between 2010 and 2020.
