Was looking at real estate ad in a Jackson Hole paper 5+ acres that allows horses over $3 million. Then ads in Star Valley you could get 300 to 500 acres for the same price and the kicker is the property taxes on ag land is based on production. I guess if you have the money to live in Jackson , you can fit in with that social life.[SIZE=3] [/SIZE]

Yes, but the "down to earth people" generally cannot afford those sticker shock priced houses and properties which prevail in the area.
