I'm pretty sure that is correct, so here is the next question.

Wow, CptnRn, how did you hear about this??... This is called Teddy Bear corner. I believe that this was origionally a memorial to a small child who was killed in an auto accident on this section of road. It is located northwest of Kemmerer on the road past Viva Naughton Reservoir.

That is correct Poletop, I stumbled across it when I was searching for answers to other trivia questions. I keep my eye out for stuff that may make another good trivia question.

Teddy bears show up at this spot about 15 miles outside of Kemmerer, Wyoming.
According to the US DOT, Teddy Bear Corner was started as a memorial to a child killed in a wreck at the location.

Awsome Claim Jumper.. Havn't heard from you in awhile... Your are up!

Fort Supply was founded in 1853, and then later burned to the ground along with Fort Bridger in 1857 by William A. Hickman and the Nauvoo Legion during the Mormon War, or Utah war.

On the morning of June 30, 1903, an explosion occurred at Union Pacific Coal Co.’s No. One Mine at Hanna (pop. 873) killing 169 miners. In 1908, another 59 miners died in a similar explosion at the same mine. A state mining inspector called the mine, “a valuable coal body, but I doubt the company can get men to work it.” The mine closed permanently that year
