Three Divide road trip Took off today with a picnic lunch and left the ranch , we got over a couple miles of the Salt River that runs into the Snake then the Columbia. We drove south up hill crossed over a divide and drove up the Smith Fork which runs into the Bear River and then the Great Salt Lake. We crossed over Commissary Ridge and Dropped into LaBarge creek which runs into the Green then the Colorado. Around 70 miles of dirt road. We stopped at Name Hill and looked at Jim Bridger’s name carved into the sand stone. Then highway down the Green River around part of Fontnelle reservoir then down to Kemmerer crossed the Ham’s Fork. Then down nugget canyon back into Bear River country down thru Cokeville and crossed the Smith fork again then up Salt Creek Over the divide back into Star Valley and the Salt River, Only leaving Lincoln County at Geneva junction and a couple miles in Idaho.Ok what are the species for cutthroat trout slam…. Bonneville cut can catch in salt creek and smith fork, Colorado cut, LaBarge creek, Snake cut in Salt River… Then would have to go to Yellowstone to catch a Yellowstone cut… now is it there one more?
